Boutique owner Kimber DiSanto has seen better days. She’s been dumped at the altar by Prince Charmless, her business went up in flames (literally), and now she’s stuck in Florence, Italy, with an ice-queen stepmother, to try to save her late father’s failing dress shop. Only one thing could make it worse: another man in her life. The arrogant Italian fashion tycoon offering to buy her father’s shop is as rich as he is sexy, and their attraction is off the charts. But Kimber’s not about to get burned again. Women don’t say no to Matteo Moretti.

overall I thought it was pretty good I love the characters I really love the male narrator he did an amazing job definitely going to look out for his name. the only thing I had a problem with this book is that I felt like it constantly repeated itself in all honesty if they would have took out that much repeating it would be about at least an hour to an hour and a half. but I did enjoy the book made me laugh out loud

It all started with a mysterious blue note sewn into a wedding dress. Something blue. I’d gone to sell my own unworn bridal gown at a vintage clothing store. That’s when I found another bride’s “something old.” Stitched into the lining of a fabulously feathered design was the loveliest message I’d ever read: Thank you for making all of my dreams come true. The name embossed on the blue stationery: Reed Eastwood, obviously the most romantic man who ever lived. I also discovered he’s the most gorgeous. If only my true-love fantasies had stopped there.

I'm writing this letter because it's highly doubtful I'll ever garner the courage to say this to your face. So, here goes. We're totally wrong for each other. You're the proper single mum with a good head on your shoulders. I'm just the carefree British doctor passing through town and temporarily living in your converted garage until I head back to England. But here's the thing... for some bloody reason, I can't stop thinking about you in very inappropriate ways.

I'm a lot of things - a screwup, a basket case, a flunky. But when I take a nanny job to be near my pregnant sister, I swear to myself I'll walk the straight and narrow, which means I cannot fall for my insanely hot boss. I don't want to be tempted by that rugged rancher. By his chiseled muscles or southern charm or the way he snuggles his kids at bedtime. Ethan Carter won't get the key to my heart, no matter how much I want him.

Marko Sendoa isn't a beach man. He's not an Auckland man. He's a hard man. Born Basque, raised in the heart of New Zealand's Southern Alps, and bred on hard work, discipline, and getting the job done. It's not easy for a rugby flanker to make it to age 32 at the top of his game, but he's done it. Next year is the Rugby World Cup, and he'll do whatever it takes to be on the field in the black jersey when the anthems are sung. He doesn't need a kitten. He doesn't need a pregnant cousin. He definitely doesn't need a too-short, distractingly curvy, totally unimpressed Maori barista.

I'll say this about Christian - he made one hell of a first impression. When I first saw the strapping man, he was doing handstands naked on a dock along the canal. His crown jewels were far more entertaining than anything else I'd seen on the boat tour, so I did what any curious woman would do - I took his photo.

He awakens encapsulated in dirt with no knowledge of how he came to be there. Riddled with injuries, he can remember neither his past nor who he is. Nor can he remember what he is. But surely no mortal man could survive being buried deep beneath the earth. All he knows with certainty is that the soothing voice and presence of the woman moving around above enables him to endure the agony of his wounds. And he will do whatever it takes to be with her.

Stanislovi is alive and Susan who buys a home that he lives under or should I say very underrated and hear him and feel him and finds him. sadly he can't remember who he is, so together they try to figure it out mean while their relationship is growing. and in every book somebody's chasing them but in this book it's only humans and it's not as action-packed as the rest of her books.
there's nothing about Grissom, but I like to think while this is happening he's probably training them. spoiler alert have you ever wondered why Kat, Sebastian sister Spirit hangs around you'll find out why.
this book is a little different than the rest I can see why certain people only gave so many stars but I still enjoyed it I still enjoyed the narrator the author did something different and I'm okay with that. still a big fan and I can't wait until the next book

Despite the veil of death separating them, the strength of love draws them together across the ages. But now, if they can’t reunite with the reincarnations of their lost soulmates soon, it may just mean the end of the world.

I love books that have to do with vampire werewolves anything that has to do with a shapeshifter. and even though this book is like 27 hours I just had a hard time finishing it. I like the storyline how evil is coming out and turning people into like dead zombies and taking their souls. I also would like that the vampires in defining there are soulmates who sacrifice for them. but I just felt like the book kept repeating itself I kind of turned out most of the time I just felt like the book was okay and it took me forever to finish this book. it really does have a great potential the narrator did an amazing job and changing her voice to all these characters and that's something I really did enjoy.
I felt these vampires were really weak. they could become owls or mist but they can't carry another human.... I really do want to listen to the last two books but I don't think I'm going to I just don't have time to tune out half of the story.
