Beth Banning beautifully explains the benefits of living mindfully and backs it up by sharing practical exercises to help the reader live more consciously.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or well versed in it, you'll take away insights to greater health, better relationships and abundance.

The book was helpful as it reinforced the value of creating a mindfulness practice. It is through the small simple practices of living in the present moment that we are rewarded with a greater quality of life.

A well written book. Loved the engaging narration!
