As I listen to the sagas of this little village, and the knitting of Dr O Reilly's magic touch with patients/friends....I too feel apart of the Ballybucklebo family. Marriage, countship, Kinky's illness, Colin's pet dilemma...all are heartwarming. Love the reader !!

I had hoped that this story would have been more Biblically accurate.... not so
My fear is that uneducated folk will take the events as fact
BEWARE, this is a well written, account of what someone speculated Mary, mother of Jesus might have thought or felt.
THE READING WAS BEAUTIFUL... Meryl Streep is excellent!

I am glad this true story had a decent finale
Because there were times during the neglect and abuse that I wanted to fly to Idaho and clobber these lunatics....she got out and found anew life....but it was costly. Ignorance can be a stranglehold!
