Tankbread is a very unique story I found myself riveted to. The apocalyptic premise of it is very intriguing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside was the Excessively Unnecessary use of the F-word and the overly graphic descriptions of the decaying zombies. Make sure you aren't eating or have just eaten when listening to it otherwise the meal might become a wasted effort.

Else is hysterical! I thoroughly enjoyed her discovery of humanity and knowledge. I found her childlike innocence very endearing; especially while she was at the convent. The relationship that develops between her and her companion is as natural as it is unexpected.

However, for me the most stunning part of the entire story is the answer to the last question Else is asked. I never realized that it was never said, mentioned or even alluded to; yet his presence is undeniable. That made the story truly awesome!!

I knew that Michelle Obama's story would be a very interesting one. But to share it in her own voice made it all the more poignant. To hear the excitement and the trepidation, the longing, the angst; to hear all those emotions come alive as she remembers them and frankly tells us about so many occurrences that shaped her was so engaging. I have always believed she is an amazing woman and she had my respect from the first time I saw her on stage beside her husband. Knowing now all of her fears, concerns and personal battles I have even more respect for her.
Stiff-necked and narrow-minded people limited the abundant good that President and Mrs Obama could have done while in office but I am so very proud and so very thankful that neither of them allow that to stop them from trying. They constantly showing that things could be done if you got up and pushed to do them. I am so proud to have been alive and aware during theirb time of their tenure in the White House. Our country will never truly realize the gift it was given and squandered in Barack and Michelle Obama. Thank you God bless you and God bless the true America.

I was very glad to see that Max had acquired enough patience to give Anna enough time to pull her head from her backside. She was starting to become very annoying in this book because she was constantly wondering off to take a walk and getting into trouble. Where I come from one plus one equals two. If you take a walk and always get into trouble stop taking walks! But then that would have ended the story much too soon. I loved the Intrigue, the Royal politics and the queen was always a hot mess. Just when I thought the story had ended I see there's another book to the series. I shall have to find it forth with and continue my adventure with the dragons.

I am truly enjoying the stories in this series. However in book 1, which was narrated by the author, it was a little hard to follow. I have no problem with English accent but hers was so heavy it threw me off many times. Josephine Hall, the narrator in this book did a much better job. Believable as Old English yet still understandable.
I loved the crisis of conscience that Aaron went through thanking his love for Kira was a problem. I also admire Kira for standing by her man till he pulled his head out of his behind.
Anna on the other hand was working my last nerve and it serves her right that she messed up what could have been a wonderful thing. perhaps, if she grows up and stops acting like a whiny brat, she'll get another opportunity and book 3. Please continue writing Ms Hopkins and let Ms. Hall do all the narration.

This is not a romance. This is not a pat little ending about Jonathan and I riding off into the sunset. I knew I was never destined for that, but no one warned me about the pain. No one told me about the hurt. No one told me what I'd risk for him.

I want to just clarify a couple of things. Submission is not abdication. Submission is not resignation. It's not weak or fragile. It doesn't mean I break at the first sign of trouble. Well, I broke for a few weeks. When I realized I was falling in love with Jonathan and that I'd never be the same if I allowed it to continue, I broke into a million sharp little pieces. I think I damaged him in the process. But what could I do? Stay with him and untangle the mess of his life? Commit to his rules, his secrets, his troubles? No. Just, no. If we're doing this, we're doing it.

Jonathan Drazen is a known womanizer and a gorgeous piece of man I'm not letting into my heart. Ever. Yeah, he's rich, beautiful, charming as hell, and he has a wit as sharp as a double-edged razor... but he's made it perfectly clear that this is a short-term f--k. Three nights, tops, then we part like sexually satisfied grown-ups. I believe him when he says he can't love me. I'm not trying to fall in love, either. We get in. Get it on. Get the hell out. Done. Right? Right.

They seem to be real people with real issues and true feelings. I sort of bought this book by accident but I'm going to buy book 2 on purpose. I want to see how it turns out.

So much happens in this book it is crazy! We learn more about the Deamons and the Apolytes. We learn more about Apolomi's maneuverings. We learn more about Apollo's selfish treachery;and we meet Oreion, who goes suffers over the centuries than anyone should have to. His life is rivaled only by Asheron and Stixx; whom he finds a strong kinship with. Plus the ending will leave you dizzy and breathless! Sherrilyn Kenyon is amazing!
