This book follows that same approach; it is a fast listen and I especially like how he gives a quick summary at the end of each chapter along with action steps. I really like the book includes strategies about being kind to yourself and how to keep momentum going. Highly recommend!

Perspective is a major theme in this great listen. But how do we just stumble upon perspective that leads to changing thoughts, habits and how we live? That is overwhelming until I read it here and one new perspective leads into the next with simple, possible implementations that I, for one have been seeking yet believe that just this new understanding empowers me to destroy my prisons and live freely in so many ways that currently cause fear, stress and strife in a icons circle of perpetuating behavior that I do not have to engage in! Simple and I think really that easy as well!
