I've been running a business for the last 10 months and I've had less-than-stellar results. My entire business had been built on referrals up until this point. I had not been able to capture leads using actual marketing techniques, and I'm a marketer for god sakes! I just didn't seem to be connecting with my audience with my marketing. A friend told me about this book in very brief description, and something drove me to go out and get it. So I did that very night and I had torn through it by the next morning. I was finished with it by lunch time and I went home to write an email to a group I've been emailing for months now to no avail. I sent the email by 3 p.m. and by the time I woke up at 8 a.m. the next morning I had three people on my schedule. That evening I spoke to a client and negotiated a five-figure deal which I officially closed 2 Days Later. I was at the point of being completely penniless and this book changed everything. If you're a marketer this is an absolute must read. If you're a business owner and need to Market your business this is an absolute must-read.

I read a lot. I listen to a lot of audible books. I really needed this book today. Last night I posted a question to a mastermind group about motivation and getting back in the saddle after some tough hits I had recently taken.
I have been reading this book off and on for the last 2 months or so, and after posing the question; the leader of the Mastermind gave her own Insight in answer to my question, but also suggested that I read this book.
I responded that I was already in the middle of it and, thus today, on her recommendation,I picked it up and return to it. As I started it I then put it away. I then sat on my phone and my phone changed the chapter in my pocket because the screen was not locked. Not knowing what chapter I had been on previously I fast-forwarded through the chapter it had put it on to see where I was.
I was on the chapter about procrastination and the immediate sentence that came out of her mouth struck me and got me to listen further. It was exactly what I needed to hear today. It was the thing that helped me get through today and have amazing results despite my seeming lack of motivation prior. Great book.

I loved this book - the beginning is just premise but the meat is 'how-to' which is what I know all of us readers really appreciate. Super insightful, wonderful book.
