Underlying forbidden love story made me go ahead and get books 3 & 4 so that I can see if love wins. Love the characters and the setting.

Where does A Game of Thrones rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I would have to say in the top 5

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the time frame in history.

Have you listened to any of Roy Dotrice’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not, but I enjoyed his performance greatly.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was good enough for that, but the length of the book required many listening sessions, which I looked forward to.

Can wait to start Book II - Clash of Kings!

What did you love best about Below Zero?

The way the part of the teenage girl was written was excellent. Kept you guessing and wondering. The clues, twists and turns were intriguing.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Joe was my favorite character. He was so tortured by what happened in the past, and determined to make things right. Very nobel.

Which scene was your favorite?

Too many to choose from. One of the top few would have been the helicopter ride.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reaction, however, it kept me entwined and anxious to get back to listening as soon as I could.

Where does The Jungle rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The Jungle would be in my top twenty. I vary genres from time to time, and Cussler is among my favs in the action/adventure section.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

The plot had plenty of twists and turns, as usual, I thought I had it figured out, then realized I didn't! Kept me on my toes!

What about Jason Culp’s performance did you like?

He was very good at giving each character a voice with a personality. For a man, he did particularly well with Linda, Solie and Dr. Huxley.

What made the experience of listening to The Secret Soldier the most enjoyable?

I liked the way the story fit in with much of what is going on in Arabic countries currently.

Which scene was your favorite?

The rescue attempt.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When she explains why the Ambassador's message to his wife was not "I love you".

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would highly recommend this book to friends. The story takes you in immediately and you feel as if you are there, with the characters.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The House at Riverton?

When Grace figures out her mother's secret.

Which character – as performed by Caroline Lee – was your favorite?

Grace, of course!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Most certainly. It was hard to stop listening.

What made the experience of listening to The Night Eternal the most enjoyable?

Still was very emotionally connected to the characters.

Which character – as performed by Daniel Oreskes – was your favorite?

I thought the narrator did a very good job portraying all the characters, but in this book his portrayl of the master was excellent.

Getting so wrapped up in the characters.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Prof. Setracian (sp?). His history with vampires was so rich and interesting.

Which scene was your favorite?

Setracian and the Master in the nuclear plant.

The separation of Eff and Zach
