Loved the narration and the information on whiskey making but not much else. It was very slow and the main character was so morose. Definitely not for me and im really sad since i really need a new cozy series ;(

It was slow but it kept me going but I hated the ending and I'm not interested in reading anything else about this character and really doubt I will read anything else by this author. I honestly don't understand why is so highly rated

Wouldn't it be great if life came with an instruction manual? Of course, but like access to Michael B. Jordan's house, none of us are getting any. Thankfully, Phoebe Robinson is ready to share everything she's experienced in hopes that if you can laugh at her topsy-turvy life, you can laugh at your own.

I loved Phoebe's Stand up show, her podcast and even her Instagram so I thought I would love her book read by her. But in all honesty, this book is making me less of a fan. I agree with most of what she says but I find her constant, subject changes, puns and abbreviations drove me nuts and I honestly felt like I just rather not hear what she had to say if I had to keep listening to her "Trash". At least she knows she is "Trash" and she is ok with using that as her "thing" I just realized with this book, that I can only truly love her in 15 second Instagram stories or when she shares the stage with someone else

This had a good start but it was so slow to move on. The story was four days of stupidity that i would've loved to believe but the people surrounding the main character were all awful and unlikable . The narrator was great but after the whole scene with the TIC i just couldn't handle it anymore. This was my first book by this author and I honestly don't think I want to try again. And honestly I cant believe that awful character Blair even has friends. I'm sorry . I made it to chapter 21 straight through but then skipped like 6 chapters and literally didn't feel like I missed anything.
