The book wasn't for me. I found the story too drawn out. I found myself dreading turning on Audible because I just wanted to get to the part where they discussed the 8 steps and how they applied to real life non iceberg related change.
I find value in a story full way to remember the Kotter 8 step process for leading change. I wanted to like it more so I could connect more with my boss.

God's Debris isn't a conventional book. It is written on three separate levels, by Scott Adams, better known as the creator of the Dilbert comic. What is less known about Adams is that he's a trained hypnotist. God's Debris is what happens when creativity and hypnosis intersect. On the surface, God's Debris is a simple fictional story of a delivery man who encounters an Avatar who knows literally everything.

I stumbled across this book on a recommendation from audible after reading Unscripted. I am in my 40's and while the book isn't targeted at me I still found some gems to take away and execute on. I listen to a lot of books from this genre and some of this book just seemed like a rehashing of all of those books. But, it was nice having all of those pieces put together in one spot to come back to. I really enjoyed the personal stories. I am looking forward to more books in the future.
