A sexually charged and wickedly funny thriller starring Tony Award-winning actor Billy Crudup, Harry Clarke is the story of a shy Midwestern man leading an outrageous double life as the titular cocky Londoner. Moving to New York City and presenting himself as an Englishman, he charms his way into a wealthy family's life as the seductive and precocious Harry, whose increasingly risky and dangerous behavior threatens to undo more than his persona.

Crudup is incredible (so many voice switches, all effortless feeling), but I loved David Cale performing Lillian even more - the story and the writing feel a bit subtler and more real. Definitely worth listening to. The hours in the cold wet subway were swooshed away. :)

The holidays are a time for family, friends, and celebration - but not all holiday parties run smoothly. When Tony Award winner Laura Benanti's party goes south, she's saved by a few uninvited guests...and the greatest improvised holiday musical of all time. This completely off-the-wall tribute to the holiday season features the improv troupe Vern (Matt Giroveanu, Julie Feltman, Rachel Bouton, Mikey Cakes, Daniel Tepper, Katie Hammond, and Kikki Mikkelson) and special guest Laura Benanti.

What made the experience of listening to A Very Improvised Holiday Musical (Extended Edition) the most enjoyable?

Love Vern - these folks can make up an entire musical on the spot. It's magical to hear it happen, just expect it to go to some pretty weird places. Plus, Laura Benanti's voice is INDEED angelic.
