This isn't a bad story but the audiobook ends in the middle of the fourth chapter.

Vampires Cat Crawford and her husband Bones's romantic vacation is interrupted when they're enlisted to guard a spoiled heiress with both human and undead hitmen on her tail. Things quickly go from bad to worse when details of their assignment make their way through the supernatural grapevine, and what started as a simple bodyguard job ends up being a fight for survival that neither Cat nor Bones saw coming.

Love the storyline as always, but I prefer Tavia Gilbert as the narrator. Gilbert has become the voice of the red reaper set to make this change at this point Kunda leaves the story missing something. The personality of the characters isn't quite the same.

This paranormal short story follows Lischca Fonteneau, who takes an internship at the antiquities museum of the city she had finally settled in. She feels that she has finally ceased her lifelong wanderings. Her boss, Kimoura Kaga, seemed hauntingly familiar to her and she couldn't place exactly why. Lischca believes she is finally rid of the curse that had hounded her since the day she became an adult. But the powers that be had other plans for her.

The first couple of music of the soul books were OK with Pamela Laurence as narrator it took so I'm trying to get into the flow then Erik Schubach paired is storytelling with the narration of Holly Jackson is seems like a perfect match Holly Jackson became the voice of the heroines misfits and otherwise awesome characters of all of Erik Schubach's books. Jessica Jones is not a bad narrator it's just not the same voice that I'm used to telling an Erik Schubach story.

"What a story. When I started listening to this, I never would have thought this was where it would go. The House of Romance is way more than a house of romance. Yes, I knew it would be a lesbian romance story, but wow! So many places like this run by men, for men, but this lesbian romance in this house of romance is by women, for women. That is a bit of a twist, and I like it." (Glenda, Oklahoma City, OK)

What disappointed you about The Vampire with the Dragon Tattoo?

I feel like this book was a filler. I tried to listen to it 3 times and fell asleep on it each time. I didn't even feel like I needed to go back and see what I missed.

Would you ever listen to anything by Kerrelyn Sparks again?

I may give this author another try but she is no longer at the top of my must read list.

What character would you cut from The Vampire with the Dragon Tattoo?

I didn't find Doogles story compeling
