This is exactly what you imagine happens with each person in your favorite Bravo/TLC/Lifetime/WE reality show behind the scenes, with a twist.
It's good, well written and the characters are whole people that are well written. You recognize the narrators' voices, but yet you can't quite picture who they really are, the characters are written that well.
This is more than a great summer read, it's a great read/listen that you'll want to come back to again and you'll try to hear the signs leading up to the reveals.

This was a good story with not quite whole characters. If you can follow it through the first few chapters then it is worth the whole read.

It's rare to truly enjoy a book that doesn't come to a completely rounded finish. However, this book was the best true crime novel written since The Stranger Beside Me. I appreciated that Michelle included details about her background as well as the crimes, the full process of the digging, so much detail. It was a beautiful way to show her work. I appreciate the labor of love that went into completing this book and publishing.

I enjoyed this book. Although anyone who watches Snapped, or anything on ID could probably figure out the plot fairly early on, it still made for a good listen. I felt the characters were developed well enough, although a little more back story to both Meg and Agatha would have helped instead of just eluding to some possibility of things having happened. The ending wasn't quite what I expected and that's ok. I believe it was totally worth the listen. If a book could be easy listening that's how I would categorize this.
