Forever My Girl
- The Beaumont Series, Book 1
- By: Heidi McLaughlin
- Narrated by: Stephanie Rose, Nelson Hobbs
- Length: 6 hrs and 36 mins
I was never supposed to be a rock star. I had my life all planned out for me. Play football in college. Go to the NFL. Marry my high school sweetheart and live happily ever after. I broke both our hearts that day when I told her I was leaving. I was young. I made the right decision for me, but the wrong decision for us. I've poured my soul into my music, but I've never forgotten her. Her smell, her smile. And now I'm going back. After 10 years. I hope I can explain that after all this time. I still want her to be my forever girl.
different from the movie but still great read

Beaumont Series Again
I had already purchased this book in 2013 same name different cover. I think Audible should show all of our purchases on authors page & advise that we have the same book.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
definately another narrator or 2
Who was your favorite character and why?
it was very hard to get into this book because it was hard to tell who was talking & when the characters changed because there wasn't any difference in the voice of each character.
What didn’t you like about Kat Marlowe’s performance?
She may be OK for only a female voice but this book needs to be re-recorded with a totally different narrator or add a male's voice.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment & frustration
Any additional comments?
waste of money
