I suffer from bpd and I read about dbt online but I wanted to read into it further and I didn't find anything helpful in this book.
The writer repeats the same information over and over again. He gave a general overview of what dbt is and what is it used for. he also included some information about bpd symptoms and a couple of other disorders.
In a nutshell what i got from this book is:
- what is DBT
- why do they use it
which doesn't really need a book.
