I really enjoyed the story. However, the reader lost me so many times that I had to rewind the book several times to get back on track. The reader sounded like he was in a well or digitizing his voice. I didn't feel like he gave much feeling to the characters. I could be wrong. It's really a preference thing. I would recommend this book, but not in audio format.

Getting Aries as my mate is a fantasy that I never would have had the imagination to dream up on my own, but to get those two beautiful angels too? That's just the complete package. Micah is a young alpha on a mission to find the infant daughter of an old friend. When he also finds two other lost little angels, he has no choice but to rescue them as well. Before he is able to return them home to their dad, they already have staked their claim on his heart. Aries is an omega whose babies were stolen from him, ripped from his arms right at birth.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this book (and series) to anyone who likes shifter books. This book is everything I enjoy in a romance novel. I wish it was longer (I'm a sucker for romance).

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character is Sarah, but I'm not going to say why. You have to listen to the book

What about John Solo’s performance did you like?

I have my favorite readers and while John Solo is not #1 I would put him in the top 5.

Any additional comments?

If you like shifter books, this is a series for you!

Garrett was at his breaking point. There were only so many times in a week you should have to see someone you were...attracted to...infatuated with...but certainly didn’t have a crush on. Doms didn’t have those. Especially on a customer who probably wasn’t even gay, much less a sub. Business 101 - do not flirt with a client. Wyatt was losing his mind. Hiding his obsession was getting harder and harder. All he wanted to do was kneel in front of Garrett and call him Master. But the sexy insurance agent never seemed to see him.

Would you listen to Garrett again? Why?

This book touches on the world of BDSM. It isn't extremely detailed but does explain the concept of BDSM. I would recommend this book to someone who has never read BDSM and is interested. I wish I had a book like this when I first started reading BDSM. If you are interested in BDSM, PLEASE listen (or read) this book!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This book is truly a tale for the ages. How true love prevails! Doesn't matter that the two of the main characters are gay. I would also recommend this book to someone who is gay friendly but not sure they want to read the genre because of sex scenes. The book talks about having sex or male gratification, but doesn't go into details.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I couldn't really pick a favorite character. The book is very well rounded for each character. I guess if I had to pick one it would be the baby.

What three words best describe David Gilmore’s voice?

Mr. Gilmore was not the best reader but he has certainly not been the worst. It took me a while to get used to his voice and I didn't have to listen to it in segments like another reader.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The REAL Survivor!

Any additional comments?

I have already bought the box set (just because I'm kinda cheap and could get 3 for 1) even though I already got this book. I think you will be very happy with the book if you buy this one!

Seven changes-a-clothing. Six love junk gadgets. Five dra-aag queens. Four calling neighbors. Three nosy grannies. Two men falling in love. And a partridge in a pear tree.

Mason isn't looking for Mr. Right...he isn't even looking for Mr. Right-Now. What he wants in a man isn't going to be found on a blind date or at a singles mixer. Because he's looking for someone a little more unique...a little more take charge...a little more loving. Story contains M/M sexual content, age play, diapers, and ABDL themes.

Would you consider the audio edition of Secrets in the Dark to be better than the print version?

I liked the print version better. The reader tried to make the "little" character sound like a young child even when he was supposed to be in "adult" role.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character was Edward. He took his role as Daddy very seriously. Researched all aspects of the dynamic of age play. He even went as far as to consult an expert in age play.

Which scene was your favorite?

I enjoyed the chastity scene the best.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to this book while working around the house over a 2 day period.

Any additional comments?

I really enjoyed the book but the reader left little to be desired. I will listen to it again because the story was one of my favorites. I would recommend this book to anyone who was interested in the age play genre.
