I enjoyed the book and I don’t understand the dislike for the book ? It’s entertaining and was a good listen. If anyone has read the Koran then it would make since especially if you have ever fought isis or even taliban which I think most of the reviewers have not. It’s a book that’s . Good story and narration.

The best-selling Extinction Cycle series by Nicholas Sansbury Smith first introduced listeners to a world ravaged by an engineered virus that turned men into monsters. Now, for the first time ever, comes a collection of Extinction Cycle short stories that explore the human spirit and the fight for survival in the face of overwhelming odds from some of the leading voices in the post-apocalyptic genre.

I really like the audiobooks its entertaining , but Bronson Pinchot just doesn’t do this series any justice! Something about his voice? It’s like nails across a chalkboard.. I really think if Mr. Sansbury Smith had RC Bray or Christian Rummel narrate his books I think it would be much enjoyable!
