I belonged to you the moment you told my mama you were waiting for me when I was still inside her stomach. I belonged to you as we grew up sharing a tree house, a yard, and the lake. I even belonged to you when our three-year age difference tried to pull us apart rather than put us together. But I was most especially yours when you kissed me and told me you weren't letting me go.

My Life as a Country Album is a heart-breakingly beautiful story that you will not be able to get off your mind. This story consumed me and I listened to it all in one go. I really could not put it down.
This young adult novel is the story of Cam and Jake and their life together from childhood, as narrated by Cam and from her point of view. It was inspired by Taylor Swift songs and every chapter was titled after a country song followed by one or two of the song lines relevant to the chapter.
This is a story about friendship, love, and loss, a coming of age novel that will evoke a range of intense emotions from you. From the start I loved these characters. They were so likable and you became invested in their story in no time. A story that was so well-written, you felt each and every emotion the characters were going through. I've never had a book affect me as much as this novel did. This story broke me. I could not stop crying. But then it made me smile and gave me a HEA ending I did not expect but was so overjoyed to get.
I listened to the audible version of this novel. It was narrated by Sarah Puckett whose voice perfectly suited this story. She was able to shift from one character to the next effortlessly, was able to capture the emotions of the characters with ease and she really brought the story to life.
This gut-wrenching novel was captivating and unforgettable. I was a phenomenal read and I would give it 10 stars if possible. I loved it and would highly recommend it.

Chloe won’t see him again for nine months, and it’s breaking her heart. She Doesn't Know was a sweet, easy read and I enjoyed it. This YA novel was a bit emotional and heart-aching at times however it had the best ending. Its a story about young love and dealing with grief. Although suitable to a younger audience, the story held my interest until the end.
It was narrated by Amanda Stribling, whose voice was perfectly suited to the character. Her words were clear and distinct and I had no problems listening to her narration.
This was a great story and I would highly recommend it for the YA lovers who are looking for a tamer storyline with less heat.

I've been binge reading Mariana Zapata's novels and each one keeps getting better and better. Kulti is no exception. This story was exceptional. I was hooked in no time and did not want it to end.
Mariana Zapata knows how to write slow burn novels while making you feel every single emotion in the story. I finished this book a few days ago and i can't get it out of my mind. This story was so much more than just about sports. It was a heart-warming tale about friendship and respect leading up to a romance and I loved loved loved every moment of it. These characters were real and oh so likable. I loved the banter and the growing bond between Kulti and Sal and when things started heating up in the end, it was so intense. I loved the secondary characters who brought levity and balance to the book.
I listened to the audible version of this story which was narrated by Callie Dalton. This narrator is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I loved her portrayal of the characters. Her voice was clear and understandable and I enjoyed listening to her.
Kulti was a phenomenal page-turner. Worthy of more than 5-stars, I loved it and would highly recommend it.

Twenty-six-year-old Gaby Barreto might be a lot of things (loyal, sarcastic, one of the guys, and a pain in the butt, depending on which family member you ask), but dumb isn't one of them. When her twin brother invites her to go on tour as his band's merch girl, she isn't exactly screaming at the top of her lungs with joy. But with no job opportunities pounding on her door, an ex-boyfriend she would still like to castrate, and no end in sight to moving out of her parents' house in Dallas, it would be dumb to say no to the chance of a lifetime.

Rhythm, Chord and Malykhin was a fun, sweet slow burn romance which held my attention until the end. I loved the humor and fun banter between the characters and they had me laughing out loud many times throughout the book.
Our main characters were Gabby and Sacha and this story focused on their friendship and them getting to know each other. However the secondary characters namely Gabby's twin brother Eli and his best friends Gordo and Mason were hilarious and greatly added to the story. The banter between all of them was realistic and funny and you will love every moment of it.
I listened to the audible version of this novel. It was narrated by Carly Robins who did an amazing job with the characters. Her voice was clear and understandable and very much distinctive for the different characters.
I absolutely loved this page-turner. It was amusing and definitely worthy of a 5 star status and I would highly recommend it to all lovers of slow-burn romances.

I have loved Channing Monroe all my life. In first grade, he asked for my Trapper Keeper. I hit him in the head with it. Third grade, we were best friends. We kissed in seventh grade. In eighth grade, he turned into a bad boy and the rest was a tumultuous storm. Growing up, the problem was never love for us. Bad times. Good times. There were times when I felt our love in every inch of my body, vibrating, making me feel like it could bring me back to life. The problem was us. The problem is that we're living in two different worlds now. Fallen Crest and its millionaires for me.
