Wasn’t sure what to expect when I got the book, but was pleasantly surprised. The story moves at a good pace, plot is logical and well thought out. If you liked Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s stone, you’ll like this. Not nearly as much magic, but a good story.

Picked this up on a whim, not knowing what to expect. Turned out to be a pretty good story.

The context with the first few sultans was pretty good, then the quality of content dropped off the radar, in my opinion. I was disappointed that there was little (if any) discussion about why they went to war, or how the empire related to the rest of Europe or the region, The last half of the book just seemed like a recitation of names and dates. I did not come away feeling like I had any insight into why the empire collapsed.

A very good story. Fascinating insights. Interesting that she and her son watched the Battle of Bunker Hill live, from a nearby hill. This book went by very fast.

The recording quality of this book is poor. That being said, I love the author and this work. He is down to earth, and calls it like he sees it. He has definitely lived it, and to an extent, the poor audio quality really adds to his authenticity. His comments on Brazil, and needing one of three basic languages are spot on. Really enjoyed it. Definitely worth listening, especially if you are new to international sales.

Dan actually answers his e-mail, which is awesome - and his blog/weekly "Pinkcast" e-mails are really good. This book is good, but did not live up to my "probably unfair and unrealistic" expectations based on his outstanding previous works, "Drive" and "To Sell is Human". Still worth listening to.

The author spends a lot of time building to his yes, no, yes approach. The book can be kind of redundant at times, but the concepts are good. Worth reading.

If you could sum up Will It Fly? How to Test Your Next Business Idea So You Don't Waste Your Time and Money in three words, what would they be?

Very practical advice. The first 40% of the book is about self evaluation. Knowing what you are good at, and want to do. Great for an individual starting a business, but less relevant to an existing enterprise. Very good content relative to researching competitive offerings via the internet. Also good content for marketing through bloggers and opinion leaders.
