After a drunken night of hot sex in Vegas, strangers Will Patterson and Dr. Patrick McCloud wake up married. A quickie divorce is the most obvious way out - unless you’re the heir of a staunchly Catholic mafia boss with a draconian position on the sanctity of marriage. Throw their simmering attraction into the mix and all bets are off!

I'm a huge fan of this series and have been anticipating the audio release of Will & Patrick's story for what feels like forever... and it was totally worth the wait. John nails these characters and his pacing and interpretation is spot on. I'm really looking forward to parts 3-6/7!

Josiah Erickson wants to be a movie star. The problem with that is so does half of Los Angeles. But he's on his way, what with memorable roles as a TV show background cadaver and a guy in a commercial for herpes medication. All he needs is his big break. And that break may come in the form of a novelist who goes by the enigmatic name of Q-Bert.

Michael had big shoes to fill after Derrick's narration of book 1 but he's defiantly, honourably and definitively stepped up to the challenge and made Josy and Quincey his own. He presents this book, these characters and the moments that make us think, laugh and cry in such a wonderful way and I enjoyed his performance immensely.
Josy is literal sunshine. I cannot reiterate this enough.
I have never been happier than the moments in which I experience Gus's happiness.
I laughed inappropriately loud in the office the first time I heard Michael's characterisation of Dee.
Oh, and the last lines of this book will always make me cry.

An absolutely brilliant narration of an already brilliant book. Greg infuses so much into this story and the way he has performed the characterisations is a credit both to his talent and that of the authors. Even though I had already read TBBMS, I don't think you'd miss anything by going straight to this narration (though I'd still encourage you to purchase the ebook/paperback). A solid 5/5 stars

Bowen Merlin accepts a position in the quaint town of Lancaster, New Hampshire, as the high school band director. He leaves New York City for the snowy countryside of New England just in time for the holidays. With class, homework, after-school activities, and a surprise Christmas concert to plan and rehearse, Bowen is plenty busy. And since he’s never had much luck with romance, factoring in time to find Mr. Right isn’t a priority.

I am Axios of Sparta, and I was born to kill. At age seven, I left home to train with other boys where we were taught obedience, solidarity, military strategy, and how to withstand pain. My harsh upbringing stripped me of my weaknesses and forced me to become strong. Ruthless. But, I craved something greater - a life I could never have. Against all odds, and the toughest training a warrior could endure, I found an unexpected love in the arms of a fellow Spartan. He was the very air I breathed and the water that sustained me. Fighting side by side with him, we were invincible.
