After listening to Bigger Leaner Stronger I ordered Muscle Myths from Amazon and powered through it in one day. Lots of great info and fascinating debunking a lot of the things I always thought were true. Also the same narrator and he is really good! Love the book and now I'm going to get Cardio Sucks.
