Interesting and intriguing story but it just wasn’t for me. Struggled and had to come back to it 4 times before I could finish. Good characters, interesting plot, good narration - just wasn’t my sort of book.

An easy listen that I thoroughly enjoyed. Particularly enjoyed the mother daughter relationship- quite Gilmore girls like. The audio faded in and out at the end. Could still hear the narrator but the volume definitely waived.
The book left me hanging for more.

Took me awhile to get used to the drawling narrative but it fit the story well.

Short, quick tale that engrossed me quickly. Aimed more at the younger end of the young adult genre. I felt like the story jumped around a bit and some of the plot needed more development to round it out. However I still enjoyed the book and it was an easy ‘read’.
