We accomplish more by concentration than by fitness; the man that is apparently best suited for a place does not always fill it best. It is the man that concentrates on its every possibility that makes an art of both his work and his life. All your real advancement must come from your individual effort. This course of lessons will stimulate and inspire you to achieve success; it will bring you into perfect harmony with the laws of success. It will give you a firmer hold on your duties and responsibilities.

We don't ask you to analyze your painful past experiences or to examine any personality "flaws" that may have led to your bulimia, as there is no scientific evidence supporting the idea that resolving underlying psychological problems leads to recovery (Walsh & Cameron, 2005). Instead, we give you clear, practical steps to remove your primal hunger, stop bingeing and purging, relearn normal eating, and overcome bulimia for life. You can recover. There is a way.

Craig Beck is a well-regarded family man with two children, a nice home, and a successful media career; a director of several companies and at one time the trustee of a large children’s charity. Outwardly, Craig was a highly successful and functioning professional man in spite of a ‘two-bottles-of-wine-a-night" drinking habit. For 20 years he struggled to control his drinking, all the time refusing to label himself an alcoholic because he didn't believe he met the stereotypical image that the word portrayed.

I have been a practicing Yogi for years and though alcohol is frowned upon by some Yogis it is drank in excess by others. We love stating that red wine increases our sense of oneness and blah blah. Honestly I have known for a very long time that it made me extremely stupid and to hear Mr. Beck say that in his book and the way he explained it has help tremendously. I am happy to say that I have stopped drinking and I am determined to remain sober. Thank you Mister Beck.
