Excellent book series so far. It’s fun to listen to how a real life rpg would play out. This voice actor is amazing though. He really brings the characters out and makes them shine. So many different accents it’s incredible! I tip my hat to you sir.

One hundred years ago, 4 crewmembers of the U.S.S. Enterprise™ crossed the dimensional barrier and found a mirror image of their own universe, populated by nightmare duplicates of their shipmates. Barely able to escape with their lives, they returned, thankful that the accident which had brought them there could not be duplicated...or so they thought. But now the scientists of that empire have found a doorway into our universe. Their plan is to destroy from within, to replace a Federation Starship with one of their own.

This quote from the book made me laugh. Mostly because everything that seemed to happen in the book was out of pure dumb luck. People just happened to be at the right place at the right time every time or they would happen to find something they needed exactly when they needed it. Just too many successful coincidences to believe that made it seem a little silly but overall I am still enjoying the series.

For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.
