I am Spartan!
This is definitely my favorite book by Joe De Sena.
Trully inspirational and practical. It gives you the tools to become a true spartan in body and mind. A true eye opener.
There are so many gold nuggets in this book I'm going to go through it again right away.
A must read if you want to learn how to achieve your goals and be successful in anything you do.
