The magic flames are raging. Blades are melting. Souls are reduced to ashes in the fury of battle. The grand finale of the war for the First Temple is upon us. The last trump cards have been played, the reserves are all exhausted, and even the gods have engaged in the plebeian fight. The universe is on the point of collapse. Broken are the chains that held the worlds together. The icy waters of the Baltic cool the scorching sands of the Frontier.

This is a very good book. Love the audio as well. Why end in a cliff hanger. Please hurry and finish the next book, and I don't mean a side quest either. I don't mind waiting ,as much, for the next book. If the last book didn't end in a cliff hanger. Your writing is good enough it doesn't need that as a way to make people buy your books or audio.

Given the chance to test a new experimental immersion system, the veteran players must give up their high-level characters and begin again at level one. As they work through the noob zone quests, they discover that the new immersion system allows them to play in ways that hadn't been possible before. They quickly run afoul of a party of player killers and become the targets of an entire PK guild bent on spawn-camping them until they leave the game. War has been declared.

But every gamer's dream becomes a nightmare for Roman Kozhevnikov after he gets confined to Arkon against his will. And not just to Arkon, but to its deadliest zone - Demon Grounds. I really love the story and the way the plot is handled. if I didn't really like it so much I wouldn't keep listening to it. it's only one name but it's the name of one of the main characters. but it really bugs me that they don't pronounce it correctly I don't see why the author couldn't make sure that the person doing the audiobook knew how to pronounce all the names correctly. I understand Manga and Anime are not common interest here in America but even in the Japanese subversion of the anime. the names are all pronounce the same way they are in the dubbed version so I do not know why they would pronounce Luffy's name that way.

I loved this story when I read the book. I was really looking forward to the audio version. But the narrator doesn't pronounce all the words properly. And it's really aggravating when it's one of the characters names and you hear it over and over again.
