I bought this book to assist me with getting started with the keto diet. It would be Much Better is it gave printed materials, at least the meal plan. I also found it slow moving.

Simon Sinek's book explains what it is that those apparently born leaders do that makes them so successful. He explains how leaders are not necessarily born; that they can be made. Sinek reveals how any of us can learn what the world's "born" leaders do that most people don't. This is a "must listen" book for anyone who wants to lead their organization to success.

The summary does not make sense unless you have read the book. I thought that it was going to be the highlights from the book or the important parts, but I had to get the book.
