nowhere did it say this was written for the UK. I would've never bought this and feel the description is deceptively written. I'm sure there is useful information in this book set but I'm giving up on it for now as it's clear this is country oriented information and not what I was looking for or what the description eludes to.

As a forestry technician I found this book very enlightening. I wish it would have been available during my schooling days. the average person may find some dry information in this book but I can assure you the nature/forest lover will not. this will open your eyes to a whole new world or expand you existing believes.

Although this is a good read the content is slow. The writer covers a vast array on this topic giving examples and great subject matter. I think most people would be looking for more details on the how to side. This may have been better marketed as a beginner's look into... I'm also feeling shortchanged at the marketed price had I picked this up in a store and read a bit I would've passed at this price. For the beginner or person looking to gain an understanding this is a great read.
