If you want to know the inner workings of how alcohol damages the body? How to recover from addiction and find the answer to putting off a pleasing poison? I think this book may be for you if you don't know about liver vs alcohol interaction on the constant basis for regular drinkers but also addicts that need the information on whats going on especially when the toxins can pass the blood brain barrier. Susan does a nice job defining what steps to take to get you to your place you think is your optimal health. Please pay attention and you'll bring yourself some useful information.

I'm going to bring this book the benefit of the doubt by saying this is just the result of having too much of a library of research and re spewing some of these industry funded studies. I do know and have put time into actually going to pubmed.gov and researching medical documents on nutrition. The book states "It's perfectly normal to have 1 to 2 bowel movements a week". Wait... WHAT??! Do you have any idea that build of intestinal waste is caused by the lack of having regular bowel movements causing colorectal cancer? I'm all for High fat plant based diets with vegetables in them.They like high Carb whole food plant based diets provide anti inflammatory properties and can regulate hormones detoxify and clear your skin. But, provide that benefit of treating epilepsy without running the risk of the following: Let me remind you that all animal products cause inflammation, and are high in saturated fats, and cholesterol leading to heart disease our number one killer. They also cause cancer because of cooking and preparation, and the fact that all animal foods are high in estrogen. Differentiating the difference between plain sugar and things like whole grains is also key because everyone continues to label them the same which is entirely false. Things like oatmeal heal the heart regulate cholesterol and are dense in magnesium, iron, and zinc. For the purpose of the keto diet I will say you'd want to lower your grains because they are higher in whole grain carbs, but are not harmful to your everyday person. So again being someone who is epileptic, I recommend a high fat plant based diet and make sure you're having bowels take place by eating more vegetables. This is so you can avoid all that the above with the animal foods. Another Note. High Fat Whole plant foods are low in saturated fat, no cholesterol, and have fiber, and nutrients which actually cleans the heart instead of clogging them. and people who eat these have a tendency to maintain youthfulness, and hormonal balance. There omega 3 to 6 ratio isn't imbalanced so you'll be getting an appropriate amount if you do research. Stay safe people. This book sounded a little like mayo clinic for a second. I don't even think mayo clinic would having you on the toilet only 1 to 2 times a week.

I feel this great advice to create great cleaning solutions to clean the counters and clean the floors
If You feel like you have a lingering smell after you cook there is a great section on how to keep the
house smelling nice with things like essential oils and other non damaging products. If you have problems
with fridge smells this book also helps with that issues along with garbage disposal. The book also details what
cleaning solutions are more risk than beneficial on certain surfaces. You will get the main idea on how to keep
organized in the home as well and get some tips on how to set up the house to be appeasing to guests as well.
So make sure to pay attention to the steps and instructions. It's like a cook book but like a homes esentials book!

I can genuinely say that the enjoyment factor of actually putting many different types of plant oils and plant things inside of your hair and cleaning it and provide nutrients is great. The tips that this book provides are actually very helpful if you already weren't sure about how tea helps bring blood to the scalp along with mint and other herbs. The thing that had me side faced more than anything was the eggs, yogurt, and other animal based products which If that's your thing I don't know why. But I believe the stink out ways the benefits and i'd argue based on research that plant based natural hair care is better in the health since as well. I love the myths and truths section it helps disprove and prove certain things.

I absolutely enjoy the time and effort being put into each and every description given. There’s details as to how to give yourself time in order to develop a great business plan. There’s appropriate guidance as to do financial sourcing, and talking to your lawyer and accountant about finances. There’s information about appropriate writing etiquette and limiting your distractions. Making sure knowing those triggers and limiting them to a minimum. Susan describes snacks as being one of those and setting it up to where it’s in distance makes the process of everything sped up. Overall the message here is great.

I Had no idea that yoga increased your good cholesterol and lowers bad cholesterol. I enjoy added facts such as increased seritonin levels and helps reduce aging. My total enjoyment of listening to how well this information was displayed got me to want to get back into yoga and I feel this level of tranquility I haven’t had in a while. If you are looking to regulate your blood pressure and lower sodium levels this really does help a lot.

The book does an amazing job at explaining how to plant each type of food in the garden, how it grows and the benefits of the nutrients that the roots of the plants put inside of the soil. I enjoy the information about planting onions and regulation the dandelion flower to reap the benefits of the amount of nutrients inside of them. I didn't even know there was a benefit of making them into a salad and if you want to know about more plants and their nutrition this is also helpful. This book also shows the benefits of using compost and growing your own food to have this pesticide free source of food. There’s useful techniques inside of here as well to remove pests.

I liked how the book describes a sense of understanding of the human body and its needs of expression of creativity. The studies that were described in the audio book suggested going outside and participating in outside activities benefits them. In ways where in school performance and social activity becomes more enveloped inside of each child’s mind. In pool games like Marco polo and the sharks game that was described really helped positivity with my childhood peers and I recommend this to people looking to getting their children to feel more positive. I’m sick of parents taking their kids to the museum and not doing interesting things to fester the things they want from life. This helps a lot.

If you guys are looking for ways to incorporate more fruits vegetables spices and my favorite of all turmeric in your diet, then this is a very helpful book. It teaches you how to slip in blue berries and kale into wonderful dishes so they are not bland. Nutrients such as zinc and beta ceratine are mentioned which is very insightful for a audible book not written by a medical professional. I spend a lot of time doing nutritional research and the fact that the information on here mostly matches up is why I recommend this book while also doing your own independent research.
