I did not get past the first hour. No research into character development. an actress ,a billionaire and a body guard NONE of which any research went into how they think , talk or relate to the world . Total fantasy . The end for me was a firefight in which the author is discussing characteristics of his favorite weapon with a principal whose body guards are trying to protect during the fight , there was no fear , no emotion. I guess I got spoiled reading Joshua Guyua series where a firefight was so real it was like it had just happened. Heart pounding , mouth dry and sweat. Only laughter and kicking myself for buying this . Don't waste your money.

Probably the book to start with for eating right. Jillian michaels book Slim for life would be next while you have started you new life with this. Bob is no nonsense stright to the point approach will get anyone a long ways down the road on their journey.

I normally read Jillian's works to help me be a better trainer. I am an elite athlete. ( and because her sense of humor makes me LAUGH! )That said there is tons of incredible information. for me to work on , improve and age with grace and FUN ! if you are a beginner at working out it is for you too!

I'm listening to these books to gain knowledge in survival both wilderness and urban should the worse ever happen. I did not expect the realistic experience of battle scene at the end of this book. I almost threw up reading this it was so perfectly real. Great read !

Never have I read fiction so accurately laid out. Not surprisingly the author was a UK general. A must read for understanding the issues currently facing NATO and a Russian president who wants to bring the world back to the cold war days.

I did not think it was possible to treat women worse than the Taliban does. After reading this I know I was wrong. I was touched and angered by this book and how these binine people were destroyed in what could only be called a genocide. The book is invaluable in understanding the true nature of the Islamic State.
