The voice book is very informative as well as easy to follow. I got this as a way to further advance my knowledge in the art/study of Chakras. I enjoy how Simpson provides the correspondences for each Chakra with the Goddesses, Tarot, Gemstones, herbs, and runes!

This audiobook was awesome and explains everything from a to z about real estate investing! Great for a newbie getting started but also has great nuggets for those already in the industry. I have a plan on keeping this audiobook nearby throughout my real estate investing career as a guide and reference. It literally covers all the bases.
