Harry Blue is the top sex crimes investigator in her department. She's a seasoned pro who's seen it all. But even she didn't see this coming: her own brother arrested for the grisly murders of three beautiful young women. Harry's been sent to a makeshift town in a desolate landscape - a world full of easy money, plenty of illegal ways to spend it, and a ragtag collection of transient characters who thrive on the fringes of society.

Catherine "C.C." Calhoun is determined to keep her family's estate, known affectionately as the Towers, in the family. She admits the cost of keeping up the crumbling mansion might be quickly exceeding what C.C., her sisters and her aunt can afford, but the only way to save the house can't be to sell it. Especially not to arrogant and handsome hotel magnate Trenton St. James III.

Ms. Roberts, I enjoy most of your books, however, you really don't have to use so much profanity. Your writing stands alone. And the profanity, such as God's name in vain and the awful f... word, doesn't add anything.

A successful LA artist, Roman Velasco appears to have everything he could possibly want - money, women, fame. Only Grace Moore, his reluctant, newly hired personal assistant, knows how little he truly has. The demons of Roman's past seem to echo through the halls of his empty mansion and out across his breathtaking Topanga Canyon view. But Grace doesn't know how her boss secretly wrestles with those demons: by tagging buildings as the Bird, a notorious but unidentified graffiti artist - an alter ego that could destroy his career and land him in prison.

This book was a blessing to read. How true it is that Jesus is always working in our lives, no matter who we are or where we come from. He loves us all the same.

Only God knew why Jillian Slater agreed to return to New Orleans on the news that her father had finally drunk himself to death. It's not like they were close. She hadn't seen him - or her grandmother, the ice queen - in almost 20 years. But when Adella Atwater, the manager of her grandmother's apartment house, called and said her expenses would be paid if she'd fly in for the burial, a free trip to New Orleans was too intriguing to resist.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, this is the first novel I have read from Beth Moore. I have seen her in person several times and have enjoyed her Bible lessons tremendously.

What other book might you compare The Undoing of Saint Silvanus to and why?

John Hagee wrote two novels "Devil's Island" and "Avenger of Blood" several years ago. they
kept me on the edge of my seat.. the way John was described during his stay on Patmos.. it was so realistic. And the others who would not deny their Christ and were martyred.
This book kept me on the edge of my seat, especially when the heroine was missing..

What about Shannon McManus’s performance did you like?

Wonderful crisp voince

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me do both... the relationship between the Grandmother and Grandaughter was sad and also hilarious.. talk about pulling someone out of their shell!!
