This was a super quick read and I enjoyed the friends to lovers storyline. Kane is so protective over Kit and I liked seeing him come to her rescue and help her out with whatever she needed. The bucket list was a fun idea, though I felt for Kit that her cousin/best friend passed away. Seeing Kane realize how much he cares for Kit was the best part of the book and the sexy scenes were pretty steamy.
The narrators on the audio did a great job and helped me speed through this.

I loved this book! The spin on Mulan was a great idea and it was only bare bones similarity, this story had it's own plot and interesting characters. The competition at the beginning was fun, I love stories with contests. Maia is strong and smart and a good person and I liked seeing her beat the other guys, especially the ones who treated her poorly. Edan was an interesting character, so full of mystery and he cares for Maia quite a bit. The impossible tasks of making the dresses was cool and intriguing. The narrator did a fantastic job, I loved listening to her get into the story and it helped suck me in! So excited for the next book! Beware of a cliffhanger...

Another great Lauren Blakely book! Joy was so cute and I loved that she didn't get embarrassed about things, just shrugged them off and kept being herself. Griffin had a super hot accent on the audiobook and I love how much he cares for Joy and wants her for who she is. Paris is described to be so wonderful, which I'm sure it is, and I just want to go there and eat a croissant and find the hidden parts that Griffin knows about. The story flowed well and was fun to read.

Super cute read! I loved this book, Ben is adorable and anxious and figuring out who they are. Ben comes out as non-binary to their parents, who kick them out, so Ben goes to live with their estranged older sister and her husband. Ben stays in the closet at their new school, but as they make friends and get a crush, they have to decide if they trust their friends to accept them. The story was well written, great pacing, fun and interesting characters, good amount of drama and fluff. The narrator of the audiobook was great and embodied Ben well. Great story.

This was pretty cute and had some really nice romance scenes ;)
Tamara is a widow with two children who meets Elec, a young race car driver who sweeps her off her feet. I definitely understood why Tamara would be hesitant to jump into a relationship with Elec, she worries about her kids and her deceased husband was also a driver who died in a race, but sometimes I think she overreacted and needed to chill a bit. Elec was adorable, I love how cute he was with Tamara's kids and how much he cared for Tamara. They're a good couple and have good friends to support them.
The narrator for the audiobook was okay, but I would've liked it more if they also had a male narrator to offset her.

Wow, this was very steamy and I loved it!
This is a gay menage story, so if you don't like that kind of book, stop reading now. The story starts off with Mark and Cameron, who are a couple, looking for a guy to join them while they're on vacation. They hone in on Phillip, a recent college graduate who is in the closet. They convince him to hang out and he eventually admits he's gay and joins them for a very hot sex scene. Cue freak outs, jealousy, and hidden D/s tendencies and the drama starts.
I felt so bad for Phillip, Mark wasn't very nice to him and his family treats him poorly. I mean, what kind of father tells their son to get conversion therapy? Each guy had their own issue, but luckily Phillip is stronger than he thinks and of course they reunite on vacation. This had some super hot scenes and was fun to read.
The narrator didn't do a bad job, but he sounded too old for the characters. Maybe a younger sounding guy would have been more appropriate.

This was a cute, easy beach romance. Darcy is taking a break before moving to Africa to follow in her parent's footsteps when she's rescued by Cooper. They were a cute couple and I loved his interactions with his sisters. There was a little action with Darcy and her friend tailing a guy who might be trouble, which was fun. The book could have used a little more drama or the subplot could have been bigger to give it more depth. The narration was alright, not terrible but nothing special.
I really feel like this book is average, so if you just want a short romance with a little bit of sexy scenes, maybe check this out.

I really liked all the supernatural creatures in this book, there were some classic ones, but also ones I've never heard of so that was cool. Jillian is stubborn and smart and a great match for Bael. She keeps him on his toes and pushes his buttons and he loves it. Their chemistry was good and I enjoyed their romantic scenes together. The world is cool and has tons of potential for more stories.
The narration was okay, but not my favorite, especially the male narrator, but maybe he was trying to channel Bael's lack of emotion? Quick, fun read.

This was cute, but simple. The main character is Morgan, a makeup artist with a booming career, who comes home to Walker Island and reconnects with her high school sweetheart. Morgan was a nice girl and she and Ryan fit well together. She didn't want to choose between her job and love and struggled with the decision for most of the story. I wanted more drama, or some smut, or something to liven up the book. I feel like this would be something you could read with your grandma lol. It was quick and easy, if you're looking for something wholesome and fluffy, this is for you!

So much fun!

I liked this even more the second time! The plot has so many layers and so much going on that a reread really helped me absorb it all and better understand. The way information is revealed is great, you're constantly surprised and excited to see what else we'll find out. The plot moves well and the characters are so much fun. Cricket is adorable and funny, Lemon Fresh is sassy and strong, Ezekiel is sweet and caring, and Eve is figuring out who she really is and sort of growing up. I can't wait to jump into Deviate to see what other revelations and craziness happens!
