Before I begin, let me start by saying I love this series. With that being said this is been my least favorite book. Not sure why the person who speaks is not the same person that has read every other book in the series but it shows in this performance.

Bree is supposed to be Italian. So why does she have a southern accent??? It totally ruins the storyline when you had this great reader from before who had a really cool Bree accent.

Although you have to listen to this book if you want to listen to the whole series I’m really glad it was part of the romance package and I didn’t have to pay for it.

That voice is cringe worthy

Seriously, whoever thought the person who speaks for Felicity has a voice for romance obviously is deaf. First, her voice is so whiny and the tone is usually wrong for almost everything, but when she speaks in Jets voice, she makes him sound like a Neanderthal. Totally ruins whatever mood you get into, especially during a sex scene. Having a hard time getting through this one. And I’ve enjoyed the whole series up until now. It would be worth it to have her voice redone by someone else.

Great story, horrible voice for the book

I absolutely loved the story line, which is the only reason I stayed on until the end of the book. The narration is just too feminine with the main, male character. It ruins the feel of it.

How can I wait for the next one???

Seriously, I kind of wish I had waited until the series was a little further in so the wait wouldn’t be so painful.

I started listening to this series because of the Bell Buckle aspect, but I’m glad I continued until this last one, as I had to hear Cooper and Emily’s story. Great ending to a great series.

Lord, if Sebastian York read every book, I would be content. But seriously, as usual, I love this series because it takes place just down the road from where I live and I grew up on a horse farm, so it holds memories and blends the present together.

Maybe I’m just biased because I live 15-20 minutes from the quaint town of Bell Buckle, TN, but I know it’s more than that.

I have fallen in love with the characters in this series and can’t get enough! Can’t wait to listen to the next 2 books.

The only down side was Zachary Webber (who I love to listen to) had no southern accent and Wyatt definitely needed a southern accent.

What I wouldn’t have done for a series like this when I was growing up! Instead I had to read adult novels that sometimes had themes that were too mature for me. I’ve read this series at least 7 times through, because I read it from the beginning every time a new book came out and read the last book straight through twice, immediately after finishing it.

And the other side to the story is the author. A destitute, single parent, who had a dream and didn’t give up. Now, one of the most well known people in the world, with enough money to influence future generations.

It’s funny, I had no idea where the story took place when I went to listen to it. I literally live 15 minutes from where the book takes place and I literally live right in the middle of the 5th largest city in TN. So, other than the fact that Bell Buckle isn’t quite as isolated as the book makes it sound, I could picture many of the things it talked about.

I love visiting Bell Buckle and eating at the little restaurants and visiting the shops. And I definitely love going to the Bell Buckle Craft Festival, which is the largest in the state. Not to mention the Moon Pie Festival. There really are a lot of festivals and parades in BB 😉.

Thank you for a great story and an even better location ❤️
