A lady does not smoke cheroot. She does not ride astride. She does not fence or attend duels. She does not fire a pistol, and she never gambles at a gentlemen's club. Lady Calpurnia Hartwell has always followed the rules, rules that have left her unmarried - and more than a little unsatisfied. And so she's vowed to break the rules and live the life of pleasure she's been missing. But to dance every dance, to steal a midnight kiss - to do those things, Callie will need a willing partner. Someone who knows everything about rule-breaking. Someone like Gabriel St. John, the Marquess of Ralston....

I really enjoyed the interaction between all of the characters and that there more than just one relationship that was being created and built. The narrator was wonderful to listen to as well and it allowed me to escape while working. I go through stages where I take pleasure in different types of books and this was a good one for this sub-genre. I am looking forward to listening to the next ones in the series.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but a photo of Canadys Herrera leaves Judas speechless. After a failed attempt at a serious seduction in Savannah, Judas has the opportunity to rekindle a possible flame with the one girl that interests not only himself but his hound side, as well. The photos she starred in were a green light, and he’s more than focused on making her his. Especially when he finds out she’s the tour photographer for the summer tour Will It and Morbid Museum has set up.

Where does Make My World Spin rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I enjoyed this book, but it is helpful if you have read/listened to the others with all the secondary characters that are named. Personally I liked Ian's book better, but I love Judas as a character and would so have him on my team of defenders.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Make My World Spin?

I love the second half as we get to know the characters more and what makes them tick and the history and family reveals. Although who can forget when smarmy people get theirs handed to them. Oh and the reveal of Judas's real name. Totally not what I was expecting.

What does Joshua Macrae bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

You get to hear the voices while the story progresses and it gives the characters that added realness. Now when you read the books you can hear the characters in your head.

Any additional comments?

It is definitely hot and steamy from beginning to the end. I can't wait to read the next one. Trying to figure out who I want more now. One kind of moved down the ranks for me because of something he said, which actually shows how real the characters are. They can make you happy one minute and anger you the next.

In the fairy tale realm of Arilland, stories are told at children's bedsides - and not the stories you think you know. Tales of Arilland is a collection of fairy tales, presented in the magical topsy-turvy way that only Alethea Kontis can do. Discover the story of Bluebeard's first wife ("Blood From Stone"), what really happened to Snow White in those dark woods ("The Unicorn Hunter"), how dangerous the Little Mermaid might have been ("Blood and Water"), and just how far Little Red Riding Hood was willing to go ("Hero Worship").

What did you like best about Tales of Arilland? What did you like least?

I tried this audiobook out and had to get used to the smaller stories and the nature of the stories. They are some of the fairy tales redone in a very unique manner that was not as I expected. It was dark as I know it was meant to be. If you like that sort of thing, then you will enjoy this book. If you don't like it, then I might not recommend it. The stories were well written though I will say.

Which character – as performed by Gabrielle Baker – was your favorite?

I am not sure which character would be my favorite, but I know the narrator did a good job in regards to the voices of the different characters and making the stories come to life.

Any additional comments?

The great thing about books are that there are so many types and certain genres appeal to a particular audience while not to others.

Ian Blackwell fronts the next up and comer for Will It Records. He's young, charming, and doesn't live by anyone's rules but his own. He's watched several friends find happiness within the arms of their perfect woman and secretly, it's something he has wanted for himself. Life's always been this side of lonely for the rocker and while his friends make up his rag tag universe and family, love has always eluded him. Ravens Santiago loves life exactly the way it is. Love is a concept she would rather not think about, as love has brought her nothing but pain, and a life lived without knowing who she really was.

What made the experience of listening to Just What You Need the most enjoyable?

I really enjoyed the overall story line and the development of the main characters, along with the side characters. At first it was hard to distinguish what was going on because the narrator was sounding the same for everyone, but after about 10 minutes, I adapted and the rest of the audio was fantastic. The narrator has this voice that just makes you want to drop what you are doing and listen as it rolls along your skin.

What did you like best about this story?

I don't usually listen to or read stories about rock groups, but I gave this one a try and I am glad of it. I love all the different characters and how the interact with everyone. Each has his/her own personality and that really shines through. I am excited to listen to and see the development of several of the other characters. I am all about dialogue. Plus the fact the Ian sees instantly who he wants and from the beginning never questions or stops pursuing her. (in a non-stalker way). I want to go on tour with all of them.

Any additional comments?

There were some back stories mentioned; therefore, I am going to see if there are other stories about these written. Plus, while I understand and followed the paranormal/supernatural element of the story, it at times felt a little off. I am not sure if it is because we don't see much interaction or how it is hidden from the public I guess. Although... I loved the rabbit/bunny. That was just funny.

What made the experience of listening to Christmas in Good Hope the most enjoyable?

The narrator was excellent. I was sucked into this from the beginning.

What did you like best about this story?

The characters are believable and all have their faults, but they work to overcome them. Who doesn't enjoy a story about a baker. Plus, the sisters are hilarious and I am so excited to read more about this small town in WI.

Have you listened to any of Amy McFadden’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This was my first time listening to this author, but this series is actually one of the only ones I pre-ordered the second book as soon as it was available and I am going to for the third book also.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. I listen to books at work and I have many in my audiobook collection. This one is one I keep downloaded and have listened to at least 5 times thus far and have no doubt it will be at least another 5 times in the next 6 months. :D

Any additional comments?

I got this book because it was on one of the specials buys and I love Christmas. I am beyond thrilled I took a chance on this one. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys a good romance story and Christmas.
