Great story. As an army veteran this is one of my favorite books. Fast paced story with the perfect amount of character saturation and complexity. Blurs the lines of good and evil, right and wrong. The performer, Jim Frangione, is my favorite performer by far and does other good books like Live by Night

Great main character, great book

I really liked it. In the realm between Chuck Hogan and Richard Stark. I've done way worse with 3 hours.

Great deep story, performed by a favorite narrator, with complex and interesting characters. If you like fictional crime stories this is one of the best.
