I don't know why, but this self-development book is the one that has stuck with me most. I constantly listen to different ones because I like having reminders to stay positive, productive, and grateful. Somehow, this book just helped me "get it." Starting my day off right is essential to having a healthy and productive day. Even though I don't go exactly by the process shared here, the concept has stuck with me for years and I credit it as a big part of why I'm happy with my life today.

I'm happy for this guy and all of his accomplishments, but this is a stretched out version of Nike's slogan: Just Do It. Basically, discipline is the key to success? kinda?

I enjoyed this book, and feel like I learned a lot. usually, these types of books can become repetitive and not really worth listening to. but this one had a lot of great info combined with the authors professional opinions and experiences.

Really cool book. Goes over biological, anthropological, war, chemical, geological, and other history. I definitely recommend it for people interested in the development of human knowledge.

because you can select and choose your "type" of lifestyle and changes to go with it, there was a ton of redundancy and irrelevant info. still, amazing ideas and meticulous research. I learned a lot in the first half.

One of my favorite books, now. The narrator is 100% the best I've ever had, and I have probably listened to about 80 books or so. This was a fun adventure. I almost didn't want it to end.

If this is your first book on productivity, you'll gain so much from Chris. I've read a few, by now, and I still found this book beneficial. In fact, the author cites some of the books I've listened to, previously, and uses them as evidence for some of the ideas he shares. There are some great, easy ways to start living more mindfully. I highly recommend this to anyone who feels like there aren't enough hours in the day.
