Insights & Distinctions takes us on a wonderful journey to the heart of the matter of our lives, to what matters most. It points out what's possible if we step outside of what we know, and recognize and embrace our capacity to bring forth an entirely new possibility for living - not because it is better, but simply because that is what human beings can do. Landmark Forum leaders Nancy Zapolski and Joe DiMaggio push boundaries and bring forth what's possible in being human in this book of essays.

lots of very interesting short but deep insights

It explores various concepts of human condition and thinking, that really make you think and more importantly show you how to create the space for a possibility of doing something from a position of power, freedom and full self expression. I only wish there was more expansion on some of these topics. but even the taste is enough to start making changes about your thinking and being. Really good tools.

I am no productivity guru. I am a writer, a church leader, a husband, and a father with many responsibilities and with new tasks coming at me all the time. I wrote this short, fast-paced, practical guide to productivity to share what I have learned about getting things done in today's digital world. Whether you are a student or a professional, a work-from-home dad or a stay-at-home mom, it will help you learn to structure your life to do the most good to the glory of God.

The perspectives in this work are centred around the idea of getting more done by being organised on purpose and "for purpose". It is a great guide for the Christian person, or anyone for that matter, who seeks to focus on getting more done in the most important areas of their lives (self defines roles and functions), and thereby come to a more fulfilling place in life. It's not just about doing more, it's about doing more better, and doing the better things on purpose.

Like Miller's previous books, this one follows the life, learning, and influence of Debbie Bruster. Here she finds herself mentoring Blake Brown, the son of her former mentor. Rather than answer Blake's questions about leadership directly, Debbie introduces him to other leaders, each of whom shares a unique perspective on what really makes a leader successful. As Blake puts the pieces together, he discovers his problem is not one of skills but of character - that leadership is more about the heart of the leader than the head or hands.

Most people are stuck. Every day we seem to just go through the motions, following our usual routine without ever stopping and thinking why we do what we do, or what we'd rather be doing instead. But sometimes, we have that one day - that perfect day - where everything just clicks. We feel great. We are unstoppable. And at the end of it, we think, "Why can't every day be like this?"
