Would you consider the audio edition of Dr. Feelgood to be better than the print version?

As I listen to a lot of audio books due to being time constrained, the audio version got to the heart of the story very quickly and allowed me to get through the book a lot quicker than if I had read in print.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Dr. Feelgood?

The JFK revelations.

What about Don Azevedo’s performance did you like?

pace and modulation

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Any additional comments?

This was a great book and revealed a lot about what was actually going on in that era.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This was an endless stream of pub football random anecdotes and would have benefited from linking the stories into a logical story format rather than the stop/start stuttering style that really didn't work. Ricky Tomlinson sounded like an 8 year old reading in front of his school class.

What could Ricky Tomlinson have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Not record it!

What didn’t you like about Ricky Tomlinson’s performance?

Irritatingly childlike and corny at best.

What character would you cut from Football My Arse!?

Ricky Tomlinson

Any additional comments?

Disappointing and sorry I bothered.
