There is no such thing as a good or bad discipline. There is only a trained discipline and an untrained discipline. Imagine how you would feel if you woke up everyday, knowing that everyday is going to be a great day. And I do not mean a good day or a fine day. I mean a great day, each and every single day. Imagine how you would be breathing, how you would be standing, and how you would be feeling.

Mind hacking - What exactly is “mind hacking?” “Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do. The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. Memory Improvement - What if I told you that after listening to this book you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals?

I am very impressed with this work. I approached this the same way as I do with most self help books expecting to find a nugget here and there. I am pleased to say that I am having to listen very closely because there is something of worth on almost every page.

What if I told you that after listening to this audiobook you will be able to remember more, recall your memories faster, make better decisions, and even achieve your goals? Well, it’s true. Improving your memory isn’t just about remembering phone numbers or where you put your keys. By remembering to look after and improve your memory, you can boost the performance of your mind so that more information will be available more quickly, you can make better decisions because you have more data points, and even achieve your goals more effectively.

As I finished each delightful and helpful chapter in Kyle Faber's Magic Words book, the phrase that kept popping into my head was, "This is brilliant!" I have been an avid listener of all kinds of non-fiction books. I found this one to be clear, well organized, mesmerizing...uhhh briliant! As a very new hypnotist, I am especially appreciative of this book. The more I listen, the more confident I became. I imagine myself, sooner or later, using all her suggested magic words and phrases with my clients. Try to resist writing your next book,Kyle Faber and you will see how easily the words will come to you. I can't wait to listen that next one!

Mind Hacking combines several positive elements that make it a compelling listen regardless of the path that brings you to the book. Namely, it is entertaining, provides insight without sacrificing accessibility, and perhaps most important to me in any "self help" book, it is actionable. Kyle offers a wide range of interesting and measurable activities and exercises to try. I think it is this experimental, incremental approach that will help listeners (including me) to achieve sustainable progress in their mind hacking.
