When veterinarian Brett Coulson and stable owner Samantha Hanson-Bishop meet, it’s hate at first sight. He thinks she’s a snobby, stuck-up bitch who wouldn’t know nice if it bit her on the backside. She thinks he’s a blundering, inexperienced little boy. When fate throws them into the same room together at a charity fundraiser, the resentment between them quickly resurfaces. But mixed in with that resentment is something they both tried to deny...attraction. Will the chemistry between them cancel out the animosity, or were their first impressions just too powerful to change?

I was expecting so much more from erotica. There were a couple sex scenes, a bit more tame than most erotica stories I've listened to.

I really enjoyed listening to the narrator. loved the accent.

But he’s guilty of something worse - surviving the virus and escaping his captors. Knowing he can’t take on the corrupt system alone, there’s only one person he can turn to - Lena Dryer, the reporter who covered his case and watched him die.

I enjoyed these more than I thought I would. The author takes you into the world of BDSM in a style I completely enjoyed. The main characters, Emily and Paul, are amazing together. Emily has loved Paul for years and resorts to lies and deception to finally get him. Paul takes Emily into his lifestyle slowly and gently.

The author also explains this lifestyle slowly and gently. I'm not saying the story isn't hot because it is very hot. This audible has something for anyone, the storyline is really good and sex scenes hot as hell.

The narrator is spot on with character voices and emotion.

But when Kara is found brutally murdered, they realize the danger is real, and they must find their way to safety before the secrets of the inn claim another victim.
