Focusing on what's important...
I really enjoyed this audio book.
There really is an art to focusing on what's important, and changing your perspective.. Focus will help you in your career, help you get rid of stress by exercising, help you in raising your kids or boost your confidence in order to get that second date. You name it! Sometimes, like the author says, it's about changing to a more nutritious diet of fruit and veggies. Little changes for the better that makes perfect sense once you hear them spelled out like in this book.
I had an easy time focusing while listening to the soothing yet enthusiastic voice of Lynde Houck, a perfect narrative in presenting the views of the author.
Over all, well worth it. Taka a listen!
