life changing...realistic...tools to put into use in various ways to bring new habits into your life and how to eliminate bad habits. Not a means to end, it is a fully supported and guided way to become who we want to be. go online and get the pdfs ....and he has an awesome site with more resources than u can imagine.
Genuine. James Clear gives u the means and the ways to help you improve your life as much as you can desire. the bottom line is you gotta show up. do the work...b/c honestly u will realize it isn't work, your life on a whole improves before u realize...
I NEVER REVIEW....AND I HAVE LOVED BOOKS....BUT IF YOU RISE UP, AND SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF....KNOW YOU ARE WORTH IT...IT WILL CHANGE UR LIFE.
