This book had my eyes full of tears as I was vacuuming and doing laundry, etc. My wife sees me and says what is wrong with you, you're just vacuuming. 😂😭 I was too choked up to be able to explain. All I could gulp out was, "this book!"

The kids wanted to hear more. The mix of background sound and narration really built up the image in the mind's eye.

Listening to this audio drama was like tuning into a drive-in movie but not been able to watch screen.

Love the series but I feel like this drama needed some more narrative guidance over much of the action sounds.

Luke Daniels is so darn good at creating distinct voices for each character. The plot is a fun mind twist of time traveling shenanigans.

"That thing-a-ma-jing is critical for this adventure. Oh no I'll be looking for that thing-a-ma-jing for a long time." Thing-a-ma-jing falls from sky and lands at his feet.

No struggle. It just goes on through a few easy adventures where there is no challenge for our protagonist. Each of his challenges ends with no struggle or lesson learned. Most of the time the conflicts are introduced in one paragraph, then in the next they solved by the answer literally falling from the sky.

To top it off the story doesn't even have an ending.
