Happiness is an emotion that comes and goes just like any emotion. I mean, it wouldn't be natural to feel happy 100% of the time, that would make you crazy! BUT, what is your default emotional state of being? I find this audio tries to make your default state of mind one that is calm, grateful and relaxed. I really appreciate that.

I've always been a little bit psychic, but I love how this brings out that part of you that notices and becomes aware of when signs are happening. Becoming more aware of the signs, dreams and feelings involved in making predictions has helped me make better decisions for myself from an intuitive perspective. This alone has helped me improve the quality of my life. I am still enjoying the results of this hypnosis.

Would you listen to Super Brain again? Why?

I listen to the night version about 3 times a week. The day version I listen to about once a week, usually on a Monday.

This is a great investment for the mind. It's something that helps you get passed fears and train yourself to stay focused and clear-minded. Since listening, I feel more productive at my business and have more creative ideas. I love how simple this method is, yet it has helped me a lot. Enjoyable and something that can be listened to for a long time.
