I was a little thrown off by certain aspects of the main Character, and the relationship with Vanessa was somewhat awkward, but by it all comes together beautifully like one of his New Orleans dishes. Great spoken performance really kept me engaged.

This was okay, I think it may have been too many, voices on this project, and I'm still on the fence with all the sound effects. the story was very predictable, kind of knew the ending before it ended. In all Good performance, I just thought the story was believable, and basic forensic knowledge made me yell at my Jeep's Stereo multiple times.

In December 2017 the famous porn star August Ames committed suicide in a park in the Conejo Valley. It happened a day after she’d been the victim of a pile-on, via Twitter, by fellow porn professionals - punishment for her tweeting something deemed homophobic. A month later, August’s husband, Kevin, connected with Jon Ronson to tell the story of how Twitter bullying killed his wife. What neither Kevin nor Ronson realized was that Ronson would soon hear rumors and secrets hinting at a very different story - something mysterious and unexpected and terrible.

Well written, there were moments in this book where I was just mad at the characters in this book, and moments where I understood. it's hard to embrace a White supremacists, at all but can sympathize with the loss of their child, Ruth and Edison are basically characters from my own family. This is full of twists and turns you just don't see coming, well narrated.

When it comes to law and order, East Texas plays by its own rules - a fact that Darren Mathews, a black Texas Ranger, knows all too well. Deeply ambivalent about growing up black in the Lone Star State, he was the first in his family to get as far away from Texas as he could. Until duty called him home. When his allegiance to his roots puts his job in jeopardy, he travels up Highway 59 to the small town of Lark, where two murders - a black lawyer from Chicago and a local white woman - have stirred up a hornet's nest of resentment.

Mary B. Addison killed a baby. Allegedly. She didn't say much in that first interview with detectives, and the media filled in the only blanks that mattered: a white baby had died while under the care of a churchgoing black woman and her nine-year-old daughter. The public convicted Mary, and the jury made it official. But did she do it?
