Football has come to the ancient city of Ankh-Morpork - not the old fashioned, grubby pushing and shoving but the new, fast football with pointy hats for goalposts and balls that go gloing when you drop them. And now, the wizards of Unseen University must win a football match, without using magic, so they're in the mood for trying everything else. The prospect of the Big Match draws in a street urchin with a wonderful talent for kicking a tin can, a maker of jolly good pies, a dim but beautiful young woman who might just turn out to be the greatest fashion model there has ever been, and the mysterious Mr Nutt.

I truly enjoyed the original audible rendition of Unseen University, however this dramatized version left me disappointed. The sound effects diminished the story. Other listeners might enjoy, but I am sorry that I purchased this version.

I don't know what the humans are so cranky about. Their enclosures are large, they ingest over 1,000 calories per day, and they're allowed to mate. Plus, they have me: an Autonomous Servile Unit, housed in a mobile/bipedal chassis. I do my job well: keep the humans healthy and happy.

This might be a good listen were it not for the narration. Sadly this narrator turns me off in only a few sentences
Pandora's Star was also a hard listen due to the narration, but I thought I would give the narrator another try.
