I've done some cognitive behavior therapy in the past with a therapist and I found that to be very helpful. I hadn't done any of the methods in a while and wanted to do something a little more self-guided.

We are dealing with high blood sugar count and have not been diagnosed with diabetes yet. The information about diabetes was very helpful especially about what you can and cannot eat. I tried a few of the recipes and they were ok. I would recommend this book.

I have benefited so much from only several of the techniques. I could go for hours about N L P. There are hundreds of powerful , everyday useful exercises. No this doesn't cover them all lol that would be a lot more books. However it is a good place to start.

Upon hearing my issue, one of my cousin suggested me to read this book, so I didn’t feel hesitate to grab & read it entirely. Here I got step by step guides and a tree-week full proof routine. Our little girl was an "okay" sleeper for a while--she would fall asleep around 10pm in our arms, and we would sneak her into the crib. Around 2 a.m., she started waking every hour or so until "morning" at 6 a.m. She always needed to be picked up and cuddled back to sleep, and I would sneak her back into her crib again, only to hear her wailing an hour later. In the past month, tho, things got even worse and she started waking around every hour (sometimes even every 45 minutes!), and I was getting up to sooth her and rock her 10 times a night. I couldn't even go to sleep between her *wakings* because I was so on edge, anticipating her next *episode*.
Following the techniques in the book (especially the ones about an earlier bedtime, *cue* words, a *lovey* to sleep with, and a specific bedtime routine), we saw major improvements pretty much immediately. By following the concept of a *gradual withdrawal* of support, after one month our daughter sleeps better than she ever did, and at 11 months now reduced her nighttime wakings from 7-10 times a night to 1-2. What's even better, tho, is that when she wakes now, I can hear her softly fussing in her room (NOT crying), and she's able to find her pacifier, find her teddy, and fall back to sleep without me coming in to settle her. She now goes to bed at 7:30 pm, and I can put her in her crib awake, without her pitching a fit. She knows that the crib is for *sleepy-time*, and she really was very easy to sleep train.

I'm a much better mom when I am not completely sleep-deprived, and I'm absolutely thrilled that I didn't have to follow everyone's advice to let her *cry* it out. You CAN *sleep train* your infant without Ferber! And it's not even that hard! Certainly easier for me than listening to my daughter scream herself into absolutely hysterical conniptions.

I've listened to these book at least three times and have read through it once - it takes about an hour and the amount of useful information is abundant. This book contains tips on how to overcome social anxiety. It helped me understand people that are suffering in this situation. It gave advises and proven tips to help you overcome shyness especially when in front of many people. I also learned that there are specific foods that can help. Thank you so much for this book! Highly recommended for those who wants to learn more about social anxiety!
