Wow, not what I expected. Deep and moving. The author's notes at the end were a perfect conclusion to a truly great piece of writing. A true master.

The more I read of this series, the more I like it. It always takes a while to get used to a new narrator, but
I'm definitely loving the whole package now.

I liked the many types of humor woven into a Sci FI action skit, and that Larry Corriea used himself as a fictional character. I wish there was some further adventures of Tom
Stranger.

The author weaves together history, philosophy, and physics in such an entertaining informative way that the listener can't help but be drawn in. There's enough math and science to satisfy the science geeks, but written so well that even the topic interested layman can get the nuances. His use of snappy current cultural interjections keep the narration fun and interesting. Absolutely loved it, and have already recommended it to my friends. And this is way off my listening norms!

After laughing my way through the first Dan Shamble mystery, I wasn't sure he could keep up the pace. I was wrong. Anderson has become one of my favorite urban fantasy humorists. Few even come close. Prepare to laugh.

I was pleasantly surprised. A good story and fun read with an academic twist. Nice ending to a grisly tale.

The second book in this series is better than the first and leaves you wishing two things, that Simon Vance had narrated The Big Over Easy, and that Fford had written more than two Nursery Crimes.

It was a light listen, which sometimes is exactly what the doctor ordered. I didn't read the books in sequence, but easily caught up.
