When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

I don't want to give to much away, but this book is absolutely amazing! Please do not read into the reviews saying it is confusing, if you are paying attention the "confusion" is just a plot twist, and honestly a REALLY good one! I literally listened to this book nonstop, literally annoyed when I had to pause for life. Read it, listen to it, whichever but you absolutely need it in your life!

However, when danger threatens Lauren, he isn't willing to stand by and watch her get hurt. Now the passion for survival is only rivaled by the passion burning between them. And that passion might just be the death of them both.

I loved this book, I know I know I only gave it 3 stars for the story. That is because the ending is very anticlimactic. I have so many questions. I am hoping to get some of them in the next book and if I do, I will totally change my review!

My name is Sevin. Homeschooled and sheltered by my ultra-religious family, I was always taught that lust was a sin. Elle was the girl who'd been carefully chosen for me. After a long-distance courtship, I'd be moving into her family's guest house so that we could get to know each other in the months before the wedding. Boundaries were set: no inappropriate touching, no kissing, no sex before marriage. I'd accepted those rules and my fate - until I met the one I wanted to sin with.

If you could sum up Sins of Sevin in three words, what would they be?

Heartbreaking, Beautiful, Emotional

What did you like best about this story?

I loved everything about this story, I loved that it was different than anything out there.

Which scene was your favorite?

Probably the very last chapter, I can't say what happened because of spoilers, but it had me ugly crying at my desk like a crazy person.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Evangiline finally told Sevin everything... All of it... OMG it was so sad and I NEVER expected any of it.

Any additional comments?

This book was amazing, I cried, I laughed, I was so angry. I love a book and author that can make me feel everything throughout the pages. I am so absolutely heartbroken for Sevin.
