Most books about the history of humanity pursue either a historical or a biological approach, but Dr. Yuval Noah Harari breaks the mold with this highly original book. From examining the role evolving humans have played in the global ecosystem to charting the rise of empires, Sapiens integrates history and science to reconsider accepted narratives, connect past developments with contemporary concerns, and examine specific events within the context of larger ideas.

This book provides some awesome content on where humans have been, are now, and where we're going. The content is very detailed but at the same time written and explained in a very understandable manner.

Breezed through this book and plan on going back to listen to it a 2nd or 3rd time because of the wealth of information to take away. As a young strength coach there's a lot of information to be learned and I feel this book has really given me a blue print on how to be successful in the field and in your life outside of coaching.
